PS - I’m getting a bit of scraper attention (I think) so I thought I would see if I could make it work for me. Not sure if it’s because of my recent problems.

I know what you’re saying about the sploggers Shaun, I’m running a similar experiment at the moment.
Threw in the top 100 keywords from google trends into a blog post and see how many of them get picked up by sploggers.
Surprisingly, it’s been spectacularly unsuccessful so far!

Thanks for these links. Link baiting is great but only works for well established pages or blogs. All the newbies that are trying this technique will get limited or no results.
