I. Hobo Web Commitment: Transparency, Fairness & Value
A. Introduction from Shaun Anderson
Shaun Anderson is the founder and operator of Hobo Web, the creator of Hobo Web’s tools, courses, and resources, and the deliverer of all Hobo services.
With over 20 years of experience in SEO, accessible website design, usability, and advertising, Hobo Web aims to provide valuable tools and resources to help users navigate the complexities of search engine optimisation affordably.
Hobo Web operates on the core values of transparency, fairness, and honesty, and always aims to build products that meet Google’s guidelines and standards.
Between 2023 and early 2025, Shaun Anderson’s focus was dedicated to building the Hobo SEO Dashboard and associated automation, a necessary step in response to the evolving digital marketing landscape influenced by AI.
This period involved intensive development, transitioning from a semi-retired consultant to managing a growing customer base and building long-envisioned tools.
This policy document itself is enabled by the automation created during that time to manage customer interactions, payments, and enquiries. Any users who reached out during this period and did not receive a response are encouraged to get in touch again.
We commit to providing any visitor or any customer of Hobo Web with a safe, reliable, private confidential and helpful service.
B. Purpose of This Policy
This document serves as the single, definitive source for all policies concerning customer support, complaints handling, pre-sale offers and beta products, payment processing, privacy and data protection, affiliate link usage, cancellations, returns, and refunds. It applies to all interactions with Hobo Web, its products (including the Hobo SEO Dashboard, Hobo SEO Auditor, Hobo EEAT Tool, Premium SEO Checklists, and Courses), and services (such as SEO Audits and Dashboard setup/management) conducted via the Hobo Web website (www.hobo-web.co.uk), email, and associated social media channels. This policy consolidates and clarifies information that may be present across various Hobo Web digital assets.
C. Core Principles
Hobo Web is committed to treating all customers and users with respect, clarity, and fairness, adhering to the principle of treating others as one would wish to be treated. Furthermore, Hobo Web is fully committed to complying with all applicable UK laws and regulations governing its operations and customer interactions.4
D. Overview of Policy Sections
This policy covers the following key areas:
- Getting Support
- Pre-Sale Offers, Beta Products & Lifetime Access
- Payments & Billing
- Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
- Customer Complaints
- Privacy & Data Protection (UK GDPR)
- Affiliate Links & Recommendations
- Website & Service Use
- Legal Details & Policy Updates
II. Getting Support from Hobo Web
A. How Support is Provided
Hobo Web products are designed to empower users to succeed independently. However, support is available when needed. Support resources include:
- Free SEO Checklists & Courses.
- Premium Lifetime Resources, such as the Premium SEO Checklist.
- Step-by-Step Guides & Tutorials are available on the Hobo Web website.
- Personal Support, particularly for paying customers encountering issues or needing help with complex setups
B. Contact Channels & Expected Response
- Email: The primary contact method is email: shaun.anderson@hobo-web.co.uk. Emails are typically checked daily, usually in the evenings. Hobo Web prioritises providing thoughtful, detailed responses after properly reviewing the user’s project or query. Therefore, patience may be required, but it generally results in more comprehensive assistance. Mark your emails as URGENT if so.
- X (Twitter) Direct Message (DM): For genuinely urgent matters, users can contact @hobo_web via DM on X (formerly Twitter) or mark your emails as URGENT. This is the only channel monitored with instant notifications to maintain focus and productivity on development and service delivery.
- Other Channels: While Hobo Web maintains a presence on other platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn 2, email and X DM are the designated support channels. Currently, no phone support is offered.
C. Scope of Personal Support
Personalised support from Shaun Anderson is prioritised for paying customers.
This is particularly relevant for assistance with complex product setups, such as the Hobo SEO Dashboard, or for addressing potentially faulty products or services as outlined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Users utilising free resources are encouraged to consult the extensive free checklists, courses, guides, and tutorials available on the Hobo Web website first. There is no guarantee given with any product or service Hobo provides, other than to promise to genuinely meet your needs as a customer.
III. Pre-Sale Offers, Beta Products & Lifetime Access
A. Understanding Pre-Sale & Early Bird Offers
Shaun Anderson conceived of all Hobo products and also developed them all from the ground up over the last 2-3 years. Many Hobo Web products, such as the Hobo SEO Dashboard in Google Sheets, Hobo Robot, Hobo WP Agent, and the EEAT Tool, are launched via Pre-Sale or Early Bird offers at reduced prices.
This approach is taken because early purchasers are not just buying software; they are actively supporting and investing in the ongoing development, refinement, and future potential of these tools.
This model allows Hobo Web, as an independent entity, to bootstrap development and incorporate user feedback effectively.
All these projects were what is called “indie hacker” projects that have blown up to be fully fledged marketing intelligence suites.
It is crucial for purchasers of Pre-Sale items to understand that:
- Features will inevitably evolve, improve, or potentially be rebuilt over time as the product matures.
- Despite ongoing development, the core functionality promised for the product will always be delivered.
- Purchasing a Pre-Sale offer means acquiring “living software” rather than a static, finished product off a shelf.
This transparency manages expectations effectively, framing the purchase as a collaborative partnership between the user and Hobo Web, which is vital for understanding the nature of software that is actively evolving.
B. Using Beta Products
All products in Presale are just out of beta, unless specifically mentioned. Some products, like the Hobo EEAT Tool at the time of its initial launch, may be explicitly designated as “Beta”. Purchasing and using a Beta product means the user understands and accepts that:
- The software is still under active development.8
- It may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.8
- Certain functionalities might be limited or require specific workarounds (e.g., needing manual authorisation for Google Apps Scripts before formal approval).8
Clear communication regarding Beta status is essential. Under UK consumer law, goods and services must generally be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Explicitly labelling a product as Beta and outlining its potential limitations before purchase modifies this expectation, ensuring the user provides informed consent to the product’s current state. We aim to meet this.
C. Lifetime Access Explained
When “Lifetime Access” is offered for a Hobo Web product (e.g., Premium SEO Checklist or Hobo SEO Dashboard), this refers to access for the operational lifetime of that specific product.
Benefits typically include:
- Receiving all future updates and enhancements released for that specific product. That is if you buy SEO Dashboard today, there will be no future payment from you to Hobo (ad-infinitum), and you just might end up with a fully fledged autonomous marketing robot that competes with some very powerful SAAS software on the market at the end of it.
- Access to personal support for complex setups related to the product (e.g., Dashboard assistance, Dashboard training or Dashboard Installation).
- Observing and benefiting from the product’s growth and evolution.
D. Your Agreement When Purchasing Pre-Sale/Beta
By completing a purchase of a Pre-Sale or Beta product from Hobo Web, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they understand the product is under active development, subject to change, and is considered “living software”. This understanding is fundamental to the purchase agreement for such items. Hobo software could be removed at any point from Google servers by Google. While I naturally always aim to avoid that situation, in the event I am removed from Google, or my products are discontinued by an act of Google for infringing service terms then purchasing any of my services indemnified me from this situation, which could see all my software stop working (as is the case when you build on any platform in 2025). I naturally always aim to align with Google’s service terms and agreements. NO beta product will be approved by Google until I submit it for approval to Google Market Place (and I will not be doing that until the presale period is over, which is a few months away, yet I think, while I ensure every bit of code is as efficient as it can be).
IV. Payments & Billing
A. Secure Payment Processing
All financial transactions for Hobo Web products and services are processed securely through Stripe, a reputable global payment platform. Hobo Web (operating as Hobo Web) does not store customers’ full credit card details on its own servers. Transaction data necessary for processing payments and maintaining records is collected as outlined in the Privacy section (VII).
B. What You’ll See on Your Statement
Charges processed by Stripe for Hobo Web purchases will typically appear on the customer’s bank or card statement under the name “Hobo Web” or “Hobo Web”. Clearly stating these potential billing descriptors helps customers recognise the transaction, reducing the likelihood of unnecessary disputes or chargebacks arising from unrecognised charges.
C. Receipts and Invoices
Upon successful payment completion, Stripe automatically sends an electronic receipt to the email address provided by the customer. Hobo Web also issues statements and invoices as needed for services rendered.5 Customers requiring a formal VAT invoice should contact shaun.anderson@hobo-web.co.uk with their order details.
D. Resolving Billing Questions
If a customer has any questions or concerns about a charge from Hobo Web or Hobo Web on their statement, they are strongly encouraged to contact shaun.anderson@hobo-web.co.uk directly before initiating a dispute or chargeback with their bank or card provider. Hobo Web is committed to resolving any legitimate billing discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
V. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds: Your Rights
Contact us at any time to cancel any ongoing Hobo subscription. Your account will be cancelled within 24 hours. Please leave 24 24-hour notice on full cancellation to take effect.
A. Our Fair Refund Philosophy
Hobo Web adheres strictly to UK consumer protection laws, specifically the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Beyond legal compliance, the aim is always to be fair and reasonable in handling cancellations and refunds.
B. Digital Products (Checklists, Tools like EEAT, Software)
- 14-Day Right to Cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers generally have a 14-day “cooling-off” period starting the day after purchase, during which they can cancel their order for digital content for any reason and receive a full refund.
- Instant Access & Waiver: Most users wish to access digital products immediately. To facilitate this, during the checkout process, customers wanting instant access (i.e., within the 14-day cancellation period) will be asked to give their explicit consent to begin the download or access and to acknowledge that by doing so, they lose their statutory 14-day right to cancel. This waiver is a specific provision within the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 that enables immediate delivery of digital content. Clearly explaining this legal requirement and its consequence (loss of cancellation right in exchange for immediate access) ensures transparency.
- Refund Eligibility: Consequently, refunds for digital products are generally only possible if:
- The customer cancels within the 14-day period before accessing or downloading the product, OR
- The product is faulty (see Section V.D below).
C. Services (SEO Audits, Dashboard Setup/Management)
- 14-Day Right to Cancel: Similar to digital products, customers have a 14-day cooling-off period for services, starting the day after the contract is agreed upon, during which they can cancel.
- Service Commencement & Cancellation:
- If the customer requests the service to begin within the 14-day cancellation period, they retain the right to cancel, but must pay for the value of the service provided up to the point of cancellation.
- The right to cancel is lost once the service has been fully completed, even if this occurs within the 14-day period (provided the customer requested the early start and acknowledged the loss of cancellation rights upon completion).
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are possible if cancelled within 14 days before the service begins. A partial refund (reflecting work done) is due if cancelled after commencement but before completion. No refund is due for cancellation once the service is fully completed (unless the service was faulty – see Section V.D).
D. If Something’s Faulty (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides customers with statutory rights if goods (including digital content) or services are faulty. Hobo Web fully respects these rights.
- Faulty Digital Products: If a digital product (e.g., a tool, checklist) is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for its particular purpose, or not as described, the customer is entitled to a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is impossible, unsuccessful, or not provided within a reasonable time, the customer is then entitled to a price reduction (up to a full refund).
- Faulty Services: If a service (e.g., SEO Audit, Dashboard setup) is not performed with reasonable care and skill, the customer is entitled to repeat performance of the service at no extra cost. If repeat performance is impossible or not carried out within a reasonable time, the customer is entitled to a price reduction (up to a full refund).
- Reporting Faults: Customers experiencing faulty products or services should contact shaun.anderson@hobo-web.co.uk promptly with specific details of the issue.
E. When Refunds Aren’t Possible (Exclusions Summary)
To summarise, refunds are generally not provided in the following circumstances (unless the product or service is faulty):
- For digital products, after the customer has accessed or downloaded them, they have waived their 14-day cancellation right for immediate access.
- For services once they have been fully delivered/completed.
- For custom work or consulting services, once the work has commenced.
F. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund where eligible:
- Email shaun.anderson@hobo-web.co.uk.
- Use the subject line: “Refund Request”.
- Include the original order details (e.g., order number, date, product/service purchased).
- Provide a clear reason for the refund request (e.g., cancellation within terms, faulty product/service description).
Hobo Web aims to process agreed-upon refunds within 14 days of confirming eligibility, directly back to the original payment method where possible.
G. Refund Rights Summary Table
Product/Service Type | 14-Day Cancellation Right (Cooling-Off) | Cancellation After Service Start (Within 14 Days) | Faulty Goods/Service Right (Consumer Rights Act 2015) |
Digital Download/Tool | Yes, unless accessed/downloaded with a waiver for immediate access. | N/A | Repair or Replace; then Refund (if unsuccessful). |
Service (e.g., SEO Audit) | Yes, if the service has not started. | Yes, but the customer pays for the work done. | Repeat Performance; then Refund (if unsuccessful). |

VI. If Things Go Wrong: Customer Complaints
A. Our Promise to Listen and Resolve
Hobo Web is committed to resolving any issues or dissatisfaction customers may experience. Complaints are viewed as valuable feedback and an opportunity to improve services.
B. How to Make a Complaint
- Channel: The designated channel for complaints is email: shaun.anderson@hobo-web.co.uk. This ensures accessibility.9
- Subject Line: Please use the subject line: “Customer Complaint”.
- Required Information: To handle the complaint effectively, please include:
- Customer’s full name.
- Details of the product or service purchased.
- Date of purchase.

C. Our Complaints Handling Process & Timelines
- Named Contact: Shaun Anderson is the dedicated point of contact for all complaints, ensuring ownership and accountability.9
- Acknowledgement: Hobo Web aims to acknowledge receipt of a complaint via email within 2 business days. This aligns with best practice for timely communication.
- Investigation & Response: The goal is to thoroughly investigate the complaint and provide a full response, outlining findings and any proposed resolution, within 7 business days of acknowledgement (often sooner). The entire process is designed to be completed well within the 8-week timeframe before external escalation options become available.
- Communication: Responses will maintain a neutral, helpful tone, avoiding jargon.
D. If We Can’t Agree: Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Hobo Web is committed to resolving complaints internally. However, if a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the internal complaints process within 8 weeks from the date the complaint was first received, the customer has the right to refer the complaint to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. This is in accordance with The Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015.
ADR offers an impartial way to resolve disputes without going to court. Hobo Web will provide details of a relevant accredited ADR provider upon reaching a deadlock or at the 8-week mark. Customers should be aware that ADR bodies often have time limits for submitting a complaint (e.g., typically within 6 or 12 months of the business’s final response). Relevant contact details and specific time limits for the designated ADR provider will be supplied in the final response letter if the complaint remains unresolved.
VII. Your Privacy & Data: Our Responsibilities (UK GDPR)
A. Who We Are & Our Commitment
Hobo Web is committed to protecting customer privacy and handling personal data responsibly and transparently.
- Data Controller: The Data Controller is Shaun Anderson, representing Hobo Web.
B. What Information We Collect & Why (Legal Basis)
Hobo Web collects various types of personal data necessary to operate its business and provide services. This includes:
- Identity Data: Name, username or similar identifier.
- Contact Data: Email address, billing address, delivery address, and telephone numbers.
- Financial Data: Payment card details are processed by Stripe; Hobo Web does not store full card numbers but receives transaction confirmation data.
- Transaction Data: Details about products and services purchased, payments made.
- Technical Data: Internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices used to access the website.
- Usage Data: Information about how the website is used, pages visited, referral source, and length of visit.
- Communications Data: Copies of emails, DMS, support requests, survey responses.
- Client-Provided Data (for Services): Access credentials or data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, website backend/CMS, business plans, marketing data, keywords, niche data, reports provided by the client for the purpose of delivering SEO services.
Personal data is collected and processed only for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes, based on the following legal bases under UK GDPR (Article 6):
- Performance of a Contract: To fulfil orders, deliver products, and provide requested services.5
- Legitimate Interests: To administer and improve the website and services, provide support, ensure security, prevent fraud, and send relevant updates about services (where appropriate and respecting opt-out rights).5
- Legal Obligation: To comply with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., accounting, tax, consumer law).5
- Consent: For sending direct marketing communications unrelated to previous purchases, or for using non-essential cookies.5 Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
C. How We Use Your Information – General
Personal information is used to:
- Administer the website and personalise the browsing experience.5
- Enable the use of services available on the website.5
- Deliver purchased goods and supply purchased services.5
- Send statements, invoices, and collect payments.5
- Provide customer support and respond to enquiries.
- Send important service updates and administrative information.
- Send marketing communications only if the user has consented or if they relate to similar products/services previously purchased (with a clear opt-out option always available).5 Hobo Web does not provide personal information to third parties for their direct marketing without express consent.5
D. Data Use Specific to Hobo Tools & Services (Integrating Confidentiality)
A core principle, derived from Hobo Web’s Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure commitments, is that any client-specific data provided by the client or generated by Hobo Web specifically for that client during the delivery of SEO services is treated as Confidential Information.
- Use Limitation: This Confidential Information is used strictly and solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed-upon SEO service to that specific client. It is never reused for other clients, sold, or disclosed without explicit client consent (except where legally required). Intellectual property rights in deliverables belong to the client upon full payment.
- Hobo SEO Dashboard: This tool requires API access to the client’s Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics (GA) accounts to function. Data processed includes search queries, clicks, impressions, position data, indexing status, traffic sources, user behaviour metrics, etc.. This data is processed within the Google Sheet environment created for and owned by the client, typically within their Google Workspace. Hobo Web facilitates the setup and configuration but relies on the client’s platform. All accessed data is treated as Confidential Information under the terms outlined here.
- Hobo SEO Auditor Service: Performing a manual SEO audit requires access to the client’s website, GSC, GA, and potentially backend systems or CMS platforms.4 The resulting audit report, findings, and recommendations are the client’s Confidential Information and intellectual property upon payment. All accessed data is used exclusively for conducting the audit.
- Hobo EEAT Tool: This tool functions within the user’s Google Workspace environment. It processes data entered by the user into a designated Google Sheet to automatically generate a policy document in Google Docs format. The tool requires user authorisation to run scripts within their Google account. The input data remains within the user’s Google Sheet, and the output document is generated directly into the user’s Google Drive. Hobo Web does not store the content of the input data or the generated policy document, only the record of the transaction.
Detailing data handling for specific tools enhances transparency, a key requirement of UK GDPR, and integrating confidentiality principles assures clients, particularly those using bespoke services like audits or dashboard management, about the security and limited use of their sensitive business data.4
E. Sharing Your Information
Hobo Web does not sell personal data. Information is shared only when necessary and under strict conditions:
- Payment Processing: With Stripe to process payments securely.
- Service Delivery: Potentially with employees or trusted subcontractors if required to deliver a service, and only if they are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.
- Platform Providers: With Google, tools like the SEO Dashboard and EEAT Tool operate within Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Apps Script), and Google Analytics is used for website analysis.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
F. Keeping Your Data Secure
Hobo Web implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
- Use of secure platforms like Stripe for payments.
- Encryption (e.g., SSL/TLS for website traffic – verification needed, but standard practice 12).
- Access controls and password security.
- Minimising data retention.
- Secure handling of Confidential Information during service delivery. If user accounts with passwords are provided for any restricted website areas, the user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
G. How Long Do We Keep Your Data (Retention)
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
- General Business Records: Transaction data is typically retained for at least 6 years after the customer relationship ends to comply with tax and accounting regulations.
- Confidential Information (Services): As per the confidentiality terms, client-specific Confidential Information used for service delivery is typically deleted or returned upon request at the end of the engagement, or after a defined period (e.g., 2 years post-engagement as stated in the standalone NDA template 4).
- Other Data: Data collected for other purposes (e.g., website analytics, inactive mailing list contacts) is reviewed periodically and deleted or anonymised when no longer required.4
H. International Data Transfers
Payments are processed by Stripe, and tools may utilise Google Workspace. Both Stripe and Google are global companies, meaning data processed by them may be transferred outside the UK / European Economic Area (EEA). Hobo Web relies on the safeguards these providers implement (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or Binding Corporate Rules) to ensure data transferred internationally receives adequate protection in line with UK GDPR requirements.
Hobo Web itself does not transfer personal data outside Scotland or the EEA without explicit client permission, particularly concerning Confidential Information related to services.
I. Cookies
The Hobo Web website uses cookies (small text files placed on the user’s device) for essential functionality, performance analysis (via Google Analytics), and potentially storing user preferences.5 For detailed information on the specific cookies used, their purpose, and how users can manage their cookie consent preferences, please refer to the dedicated cookie policy.
J. Your Data Protection Rights (UK GDPR)
Under UK data protection law, individuals have significant rights regarding their personal data. These include:
- Right of Access: To request a copy of the personal data held about them.
- Right to Rectification: To request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to Erasure (‘Right to be Forgotten’): To request deletion of personal data where there is no compelling reason for its continued processing.

K. Exercising Your Rights & Contacting Us About Privacy

- shaun.anderson@hobo-web.co.uk 5
- Alternatively: info@hobo-web.co.uk 5
Hobo Web aims to respond to valid requests within one month. If a customer is unsatisfied with the response or believes their data protection rights have been infringed, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK’s supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) (www.ico.org.uk).5

VIII. Affiliate Links & Recommendations
A. Our Approach
Hobo Web may occasionally recommend third-party tools, products, or services. These recommendations are based on genuine trust, positive experience, and a belief that they offer real value to users.13 Transparency in these recommendations is paramount.
B. Disclosure
Some links provided on the Hobo Web website or in its content may be affiliate links. This means that if a user clicks on such a link and subsequently makes a purchase from the third-party vendor, Hobo Web may receive a small commission at no additional cost to the user.
Hobo Web is committed to clearly disclosing the presence of affiliate links on the page where they appear, adhering to its Editorial Policy standards, which align with Global regulatory guidelines like those from the FTC and DSA.
C. Your Relationship with Third Parties
It is crucial for users to understand that if they click an affiliate link and navigate to a third-party website to make a purchase, their transaction and ongoing relationship are solely with that third party, not with Hobo Web. Hobo Web is not responsible for:
- The products or services provided by the third party.
- The third party’s customer service or support.
- The third party’s refund, cancellation, or privacy policies.
Users are always advised to carefully read the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of any third-party website before making a purchase.
IX. Using Our Website & Services
A. General Terms
Use of the Hobo Web website (www.hobo-web.co.uk), its content, tools, and services is subject to the site’s formal terms of use and disclaimer. Users should familiarise themselves with these documents. Key obligations include using the site lawfully, not infringing on Hobo Web’s or third parties’ rights, not engaging in malicious activities (like distributing malware or scraping data without consent), and respecting intellectual property.
B. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all content, materials, tools (including code and methodologies), logos, graphics, text, and trade names featured on the Hobo Web website are the intellectual property of Shaun Anderson / Hobo Web (Hobo Web) and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited. However, as stated in the Confidentiality section (VII.D) and Hobo Web’s NDA principles, deliverables created specifically for a client as part of a paid service (e.g., SEO audit reports, configured dashboard outputs) become the intellectual property of the client upon full payment.
X. The Legal Details & Keeping This Policy Updated
A. Commitment to UK Regulations
Hobo Web reiterates its commitment to full compliance with all relevant UK laws and regulations governing its business and interactions with consumers. This includes, but is not limited to:
- The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
- The Consumer Rights Act 2015
- The Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this policy.6 Note: Specific high-value enterprise agreements, like the Hobo SEO Dashboard Enterprise service, may exceptionally specify different governing law terms within their individual contracts 10, but the default governing law for general Hobo Web interactions and this policy is Scotland. This consistency ensures clarity for users regarding the legal framework applicable to their interactions with Hobo Web.
