Top Blogs – I thought I would take a short break from Joomla Week and thought it would be neat to list 10 free blog directories worth submitting your site to (in my opinion) – for traffic, better Google listings or reputation management.


Note I’ve picked blog directories that feature in Google, with a decent PR, and on the surface, a fairly strict submission process, and importantly in my opinion, blogs that don’t have random links to ’sponsors’ etc which surely will devalue them (now, or in the future);

Bonus – Niche directories and social networks are also a great way of promoting a site or blog. For instance, if you had a costumes store you might want to add your products to a costumes directory. You get the idea – find your niche.
