While many AI platforms offer agents, Agency demonstrates what an actual Agentic Agency looks like: a team of specialised AI employees working together under human leadership.
As CEO, you direct the team, review the work, and approve the output, while Agency handles the research, analysis, planning, writing, auditing and coordination.
What traditionally takes days of agency effort can be organised and executed in hours through a transparent Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflow.
It is designed to be a “Glass-Box” AI HITL system so you can see exactly how it works.
The Notebook
The Notebook is designed to act as a shared cognitive workspace between you and Agency. You add your ideas to it. Agency helps bring them to life.
First Agency will expand on your rough ideas in the notebook. Then Elsa, company secretary at Agency, routes the notes to the team to start developing a real Plan of Attack for your project.
The team will work in the background to build the full strategic roadmap that the team will need in future to help you achieve your goal.
When a job is complete, it is viewable in your Desk.
Elsa will call you to take you through the (finished creative work, if you wish).
The SEO Specialist Special Agent
Agency is my own platform, designed and created in full by myself. It was natural to train the SEO Specialist myself. The SEO Specialist employee (a clone of me, essentially), owns the Quality Evaluation Report and Technical SEO Audits.
The SEO Specialist has his own briefcase of documents that he refers to when evaluating your site. These documents are entirely based on Google’s guidelines and their own documentation, making Agency the only quality rater system outside of Google that is trained entirely on Google’s own documentation.
The SEO Specialist Special Agent is available to all Agency users and all Agency AI Employees, too.
Every employee can be configured with their own briefcase, turning Agency into a dreadnought analysis and publishing machine.
The Rater
You can initiate a quality evaluation report of your website at any time. Agency’s Website Quality Evaluator is how the team get to know your website and your business.
You can refresh your audit again by instructing the team using the team’s Group Chat.
You call Elsa, too, and Elsa will refresh your audit if you ask her. Elsa can also take you through your audit on the call or give you a summary in the Group Chat.
Note Agency respects robots.txt and aims to be a good tenant on the web. We also use the official API for our research. Some websites block analysis formany system, so Agency will need to be authenticated.
The Site-Wide Quality Evaluator
Agency can scan up to 1000 URLs (in beta) for the purposes of a site-wide quality evaluation using Agency’s unique Quality Rater Engine, based on Google Quality Evaluator Guidelines, Google Official Guidelineles and unofficial Google leaks. Activate the site quality rater scan manually in the first instance. Agency is designed to track your site’s Quality and Trustworthiness over time.
Content Rewriter
After a site-wide scan, Agency will have identified probable lower-quality, unhelpful or commodity content on your site and will offer to rewrite that content.
The Content Planner
Agency is a content planner too.
The Writer
Agency learns about you from your website, your briefcase documents and the global knowledge available to the team.
The Editor
As CEO and HITL, you can edit any creative at any point in the creative process.
The Analyst
Agency, using the official Google API, connects to your Google Search Console account.
Agency, using the official Google API, connects to your Google Analytics account.
Using the official Google API, Agency can learn everything about your site from these analytics systems.
The Distribution System
Agency is an agentic distribution system for your content.
When the work is created, your creative work can be automatically shared between Kali (who can publish to a hosted WordPress blog and other REST authenticated systems. Marty creates a social pack based on the content produced by the team, and Chris schedules it to either Buffer or your own personal social media apps (the system is launching with X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Bluesky app support as standard. Note this is not active in beta.

Disclaimer: Agency is a simulation. AI is a simulation! Some people think you are a simulation. Not many people know this aspect of AI. AI cannot do a lot of things people say it can do. For transparency, I need to say it is a simulation. For instance, I have an accountant baked into Agency. I am not an accountant, though, and neither is AI. This data should be reviewed BY YOUR REAL ACCOUNTANT, with the point being you have saved a lot of time collecting, sorting and reviewing the data before the real accountant reviews it. That is the essence of Agency. It is the essence of AI HITL Marketing. AI does the grunt work, the CEO signs the job off, and publishes under their credentials. This is a HITL (Human-in-the-loop) system, designed to augment the user, not replace them.
