UPDATE – There has been a JULY 2011 PR Update, too.
Quite a few of the sites I work on seem to have had new Google Toolbar Pagerank scores if you are into that sort of thing….. and it seems to have gone deep and been reflected in inner pages too….
It’s bee a while since the last one, although Google has been pretty stingy with Toolbar PR in recent months. That being said – Google toolbar PR does NOT necessarily correlate with how high you rank or how much traffic you get.
Real Google PR is thought to be calculated continuously.
yes it seems so it was one page rank update today 3 of my domains gains +1 rank one -1. many of sites i visit lost pagerank.
I gained +1 page rank. However, not too sure is it some mistake by google or what. Anyone can confirm the PR update?

I have revised all my sites and they have all risen +1 or +2. I hope Google makes updates more often.
Yes, PR is changed everywhere. Our main page is down from PR3 to PR0, but some of our new sites are up from PR0 to PR2 or PR3. A lot of inner pages are affected, too.

The PageRank update usually takes a while (48 hrs sounds quite right, yes). So the number you see now isn´t necessarily the number you´ll see tomorrow. :-)
Yes, it was a big change too. Most of my PR3 sites went down to PR1 or PR2 (or PR0 sometimes), while PR0 or N/A sites went up to PR1 or PR2. Take here, give there. :)

Yep we have jumped from a PR4 – PR6 mind you about 4 years ago we dropped from a 5 to a 3 so good news for us
I have climbed from position 300 to 18 since Jan for my chosen keywords and today I have DROPPED 1 Page Rank. I am hoping it’s this Google Dance!

There is no consistency with this PR. Some of my sites with quality backlinks have got no update or little. My sites with few and low quality backlinks got the highest PR! I don’t care too much about my sites with low PR though because they are doing well in the SERPs! Whereas those with higher PR are not so high in the rankings! It’s just that PR now is no longer a good indicator of how good a site is.
Oh please don’t do the Google dance! My website just went from PR0 to PR3! And all my inner pages have gone from PR0 to PR2. So pleased as this was my baby and I spent a long time putting it together about a year ago – starting to feel it was all worth it!

Yes , I have checked my pagerank 2 days ago and was a zero ( my page …luxuryhomegate.com is less than a year new ) and now , today is a pagerank 3 :) So they really updated their rankings. I have checked before many times at MozRank ranking and there is 3,4 ranked. So I think even google do not update so oft as MozRank it do … seems conection of ranking at MozRank and google pagerank is preaty same. For those of us who work on improvement of pages its important to see how good we are and MozRank cause of almost monthly update of ranking is preaty good tool and for knowing how good we are on google too.
I can confirm the PR update. Up from PR 2 to PR 3 today, and up from PR 0 to PR 2 on one of my lesser websites.
Yeah I just knew a moment ago that Google has update the pagerank.
Our homepage went from 3 to a 4, some of the internal pages went from 3 to a 5, and others from 0 to 3.
I got pagerank 6 on …nokia4uc.com before it was 0
+1 kind of was expecting more, but I probably haven’t been writing enough content for my site. I hate being so curious about a metric I trash regularly, but I can’t help it when it hardly ever happens.

I never gave importance to PageRank. But the traffic to my website is the main concern for me.

Shaun, Yes like everyone else I am seeing alot of changes to all my sites. Whilst I totally agree it does not matter when you look at the traffic what does matter is that alot of my sites I sell links based on the Google PR! So my income will drop next month but because I know they wont update it for a while it draws a nice line in the sand for me to follow the same business model but focus on other domains…. Mat
Author is correct, it’s a “deep” update…
If PR can be increased by backlinking from non relevant forum profiles, I don’t think that it would be a good idea to make it a major factor in ranking.

My website has got Pagerank “0″ from “2″, but i am not able to see my search traffic low or decreasing… PR will not effective anymore.

In my opinion, I think this PR update has a connection with Panda campaign Google expanded during many months ago. Content has the very important role in this PR update, the websites/blogs with good quality content, frequently refresh, unique & useful information will be ranked higher than low quality sites.
Google updated their page rank and I got pr1 for my blog …nichebloggers.org and my domain was purchased 3 months back. I’m happy with my first page rank.

Yes. I have seen a good improvement for my blog from PR0 to PR2. I was frustrated on the January PR update because i’m expecting my blog to get PR2 or PR3 that time. Now that i did not expect, Google give me PR2.

i have got the pr good very much time spent.
Google page rank dropped from 10 to 9. In our cases all inner pages which were 0 became 2, all inner pages which were 2, remaied with 2 and the home page remained same i.e. PR3. Overall links were increased by 400% since the last update.

Yes, Google has updated the PR. But i thought it will happen in end of may 2011.No issue about this, things are good by this update. Even inner page of our got PR, Hey all just do not give importance to PR alone.PR and keyword ranking is different and it has different calculation from Google. Thanks Rajkumar
With the google pr update, is it all completed over a few days, or will your pr score only change when your site has been cached?
