There is also a few things that we need to know about about your business to understand your industry and be able to supply a high level strategy and quote.

Every Reputable and Ethical SEO company should ensure that their clients are aware of the folowing:

  • They know that there are no guarantees in search engine optimisation.
  • They know that no SEO company knows the inner workings of Google.
  • They know that Google search engine results pages (serps) constantly change and unless you have an authority site (that means a lot of quality sites linking to you) the chances of you regularly ranking No.1 in Google for any competitive search term is unlikely although we do target them.

Yes, we know this isn’t the normal type of sales speak you hear from seo’s. But to be honest, our ideal type of client is the client who understands this and recognises the fact we are an ethical seo company. If you’re not up to speed on search engine optimisation and what it can do for your business, perhaps a bit of research is advisable. There are a lot of search engine optimisation “experts” out there who will just take your money, making you promises that they can never fulfill.

To formulate a quote for your campaign we require that you supply us with the following information:

  1. Your website address?
  2. What is your website about?
  3. How old is your website address (approximately)?
  4. What are the type of keywords you want us to target (ie best seo quote). We need about 50. If you advertise on Google Adwords, why not send us those?
  5. Who is your main competition? Give us about 5.
  6. Have you ever had any SEO work done before?
  7. Are you willing to add good content to your site yourself or through the efforts of a member of your staff?
  8. Are you looking for an exclusive SEO arrangement? That is, that you are the only personal injury claims laywer we actively promote? (yes - we have one of those, sorry! We also can’t work for any loan or remortgage broker!)
  9. Are you willing to follow Google Webmaster Guidelines? If not, we’re not the seo company for you.
  10. Are you willing to enter into a monthly arrangement for the period of no less than a year? This is what we look for.
  11. Will we have full access to your site?
  12. Are you looking for the site to be redesigned as well?
  13. Do you want us to manage your whole website including hosting and domain management?
  14. Are you looking for ad-hoc (one off) website development to make your website more “Google friendly”? ie no monthly campaign.

Just answering the above questions can help us formulate a strategy and cost estimate for you.
