TIP 34 Use Website TemplatesIf you're using Dreamweaver to build your static website pages, then use templates (and library items) to build your site. Using templates mean that you can ensure the base accessibility of your pages from one master document, and you only need to concentrate on inserting properly marked up text and images in the editable region on each page. Using templates also means you can make changes to sitewide navigation, or clean up a bit of recurring invalid code, all by editing one page. Combine your template with an external CSS file and you virtually wipe out a lot of accessibility problems instantaneously.
