Why Is This Page Here?
It's here primarily to record how Google displays a page title in the serps when it elects not to choose the Title Element.
I was interested in seeing what Google makes of a page with a word that Google could not understand - how it displays it in SERPS etc. The word's too long to search for, too long to be in anchor text, too long to be displayed in titles in SERPS. I think if it's not in links and on page content it cannot rank in SERPS.
I already know if you break the title (ie use a 71 character word), Google uses the H1 as the page title in SERPS displays. What happens if you break the H1 too?
Questions
Why am I interested in these long words and Google? I am a SEO Geek :)
PS - This page might be a one way ticket to Google Supplementals, or ignored. In case it's supp, here's a made up word - shaunzogoogletester! Yup - it did.
