Seems like I am among the majority group.
Experienced in-house SEO
I’m not a professional SEO, so I’m looking to learn for myself.
On the other hand, I seem to know rather more than a good deal of people who pass themselves off as professional SEOs….

I put myself down as experienced SEO as we have been doing SEO for several years but one of the main reasons I read the blog is to learn more. Keep up the great work.

Who should you be writing for ? your clents, and all those other people linking to your site – just think all those other SEO companies charging huge rip-off amounts for things most could do themselves but need a wee helping hand, and youre keeping people informed of your seo findings – I do notice some sites copying you to a degree so that must be a compliment .
Your not short of work are you ?…….. lol

One of those hobo emails had a link the other day to a Seo site – One that keeps calling me and offering a monthly service of £350pcm (starting price) Gulp!
Much as I would like to have that sorta monthly spare dosh – I kindly declined the offer.
Why did you have this companys Link – Irony maybe ?
Aye the colours a bit lifeless I think – trendy last year or so but old hat now , then theirs all the other issues…but one thing at a time eh!
You should check what your competitors are doing.

That’s Google Ads for you – contextual ads appear in the feeds – that I don’t have control over. Just testing them out – made a couple of hundred quid for nothing, but thinking about removing them anyway.

I was the first to comment (stalker!) & then everyone else put me to shame by thanking you for the site. Ok ok ok – thanks for the great blog! Actually 80% of the stuff you say is generally out there in 101 blogs and eBooks, so there must be something in the other 20% or the way that you say it!
The colour of the website? – Time for another poll! Personally I think it’s fantastic! If I was hiring, this website would clinch it for me. That’s from someone who hates brown!
Martin, I had to edit your comment – that’s guaranteed to get you kicked out of adsense and I am too paranoid to have such advice (or rather speculative question) in the comments…. do you not think i had thought of that in the past lol
I see no adsense, but everything is recorded on Backtype.
